Works great for multiple files

I can transfer several pictures and videos at once in a zip file. Many of the people posting negative reviews here are clueless.

UPDATE: I was happy to find out this works great not only for transferring photos between my device and my laptop but also between devices--iPod to iPad and vice versa.
